From the JVC exits, take Al Khail Road (E44) north and come off at the Umm Suqeim Street (D63) interchange, then head west and turn into First Al Khail Street for 4th Street. When Al Khail is solid, and given how few ways there are in and out of JVC it frequently is, Hessa Street (D61) reaches the same junction. The speed bumps on my street in JVC were taken out a while ago. Why does the car still feel wrong?

Because the bumps left before the damage did. It can be either, which is exactly why the test matters. Narrow residential streets are built with more crossfall than a highway lane, so a car with a mild pull will follow the camber towards the kerb and then settle once the road flattens out. Equally, a genuine geometry fault often shows itself at low speed first. The way to separate the two is to measure both axles and check pressures and wear pattern before touching a setting. If the numbers are within specification, the road is the culprit and the car is fine.
