Privacy policy

Draft — pending legal review. This policy has been prepared to align with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, but it has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and must be before launch.

Who we are

Juventus Tyres Trading is a tyre and vehicle service business located in 4th Street, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

If you have a question about this policy or about the data we hold on you, call us on +971 55 426 0089.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to do the work you have asked us to do.

  • Contact details — your name, phone number and, if you give it, email address. Used to reply to enquiries and confirm bookings.
  • Vehicle details — make, model, year, tyre sizes, number plate and odometer reading where you provide them. Used to advise correctly and to recall your vehicle on a return visit.
  • Service and purchase history — what work we carried out, what parts and tyres we supplied including their DOT manufacture dates, and what you paid. We retain this to honour warranties and to remind you when your tyres approach the UAE five-year age limit.
  • Website usage data — pages visited and general interaction data, collected only where you have consented to analytics cookies.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Where you pay online, card details are handled directly by our payment provider and never reach our systems.

Why we process it

  • To answer your enquiry and provide a quote.
  • To carry out the service you booked and to invoice you for it.
  • To meet our legal obligations, including UAE tax record-keeping requirements.
  • To honour warranties on parts and tyres we have supplied.
  • To send you service reminders — including when tyres we fitted approach the legal age limit — where you have asked us to.
  • To send marketing messages, only where you have given explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after twelve months. Service and invoice records are retained for the period UAE tax law requires. Warranty records are kept for the duration of the warranty plus one year. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — hosting, messaging, payment processing and accounting — and only to the extent they need it to perform that function. We share it with authorities where the law requires.

Your rights

Under the UAE PDPL you have the right to:

  • Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Ask us to delete data we are not legally required to retain.
  • Withdraw consent to marketing at any time, without affecting our service to you.
  • Object to processing, or ask us to restrict it.

To exercise any of these, email us. We will respond within thirty days and will not charge you for a reasonable request.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, which do not require your consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them, and nothing non-essential loads before you do. You can change your choice at any time.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls limited to staff who need it, audit logging of changes to customer records, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach were to affect your personal data we would notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be notified to you directly.
