These terms govern the supply of goods and services by Juventus Tyres Trading. By booking a service or placing an order you accept them.
Prices and VAT
All prices displayed on this website include 5% Value Added Tax, as required by UAE Consumer Protection Law. The price shown is the price payable — fitting, wheel balancing, valve stems and disposal of your old tyres are included in quoted tyre prices.
If work beyond what was quoted becomes necessary, we will tell you the additional cost and obtain your agreement before proceeding. We will not carry out chargeable work you have not approved.
Quotations
A written quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Prices are subject to stock availability and to supplier price changes outside that period.
Tyre age and fitness
Where you supply your own tyres for fitting, we will check the manufacture date and inform you of it. We reserve the right to decline to fit any tyre we consider unsafe or unlawful to use on UAE roads, including any tyre at or beyond the five-year legal limit.
Bookings and cancellation
Booked appointments reserve a service bay and a technician. You may reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation, up to the cutoff stated in that message.
Repeated failure to attend a booked appointment without notice may result in us requiring a deposit for future bookings.
Your vehicle
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to instruct work on it. Please remove valuables before leaving a vehicle with us; we cannot accept responsibility for personal property left in a vehicle.
We will hold a vehicle only for a reasonable period after completion. Storage charges may apply thereafter.
Liability
We are responsible for work we carry out and goods we supply. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, for damage arising from a condition we identified and reported to you but which you declined to have addressed, or for consequential loss beyond the value of the work.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UAE Consumer Protection Law that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
