- The Giulia's quick steering rack makes it very intolerant of a lazy alignment. After a hard kerb strike the car tramlines and pulls in a way owners notice within a day
- Both cars run aluminium suspension arms with bonded bushes that harden in Gulf heat, and knocking over speed bumps usually traces back to front lower arms
- Alfa's electrics are the marque's reputation for a reason and heat does not help. Battery drain and sensor faults are more common here than in cooler markets
- Quadrifoglio models on soft performance tyres wear rear shoulders very quickly on 70C tarmac, especially with a rear-biased staggered setup
